Our Classes

Ponsonby Physiotherapy is pleased to offer a range of classes to support your fitness goals and performance. Please get in contact if you have any questions or would like to book a class.

  • Classes are held upstairs in our dedicated yoga room, or in our gym facility here at the Clinic.
  • Classes are typically 1 hour in length and $25 per session. 5 classes for $100 concession available.

Focusing on lower limb strength, physio Max leads this power building class, ideal for all fitness levels. Please pre-book into each class so you don’t miss out on a spot!

One-on-one Pilates classes and appointments for specialty sessions are also available. These include Bike Set-up sessions  (ideal for the amateur cyclist looking to increase their miles) and Muscle Balance Assessments  (ideal for pre-season or mid-season assessment of muscle weakness and improvement areas).
